Producer and actor Kevin Downes and actor Caleb Castille visit Heritage of Truth to talk about their new movie Woodlawn. It is the true story of how love and unity overcame hate and division after government-forced desegregation in a Birmingham, Alabama, high school.
Football player Tony Nathan, “Touchdown Tony,” was a key figure in the conflict and especially the healing that took place in the school and community as more than 40 players gave their lives to follow Jesus. Woodlawn opens in theaters on October 16th.
