We Stand Together
A Riddle by Dana Mentink
We stand together, side by side.
Up and down all day we ride.
We came in when you were small.
You were born with none at all.
When we fall we leave a space,
Soon another takes our place.
Thirty-two of us come in
To help you with your happy grin.
To keep us healthy, strong and bright,
Spend some time each day and night
With scrubby bubbles, bristles too,
And we will take fine care of you!
Can you guess who we are?
(The answer is at the bottom of the page.)
