Why the Passion for Truth?

In college, Jeanne was a faith casualty, like reportedly up to 70 to 75% of today’s college students. That’s why she is passionate about passing on biblical truth to upcoming generations. Besides her many years of personal study in Scripture and sitting under solid Bible teachers, she also received intensive training in the biblical worldview under Chuck Colson and his team at BreakPoint. She was commissioned as a BreakPoint Centurion in 2006 and became a Colson Fellow in 2015.

As host of Heritage of Truth TV, an online show, Jeanne has had the opportunity to interview hundreds of authors, pastors, recording artists, and other interesting people. Some of her guests have included: Max Lucado, Kay Arthur, Thelma Wells, Gloria Gaither, Lysa TerKeurst, Alex and Stephen Kendrick, Babbie Mason, Os Guinness, Todd Starnes, Jonathan Cahn, Michael Card, Erwin Lutzer, and Steve Arterburn. She also featured a press conference with Dr. Ravi Zacharias on her show.

Jeanne has authored/co-authored a dozen books, contributed to several others, and received several awards for her writing and songwriting. Her latest book, written with Sheila Seifert, is Bible Kidventures: Stories of Danger and Courage from Tyndale House and Focus on the Family. It won the Golden Scroll Children’s Merit Award. Speaker and Singer

Music has been a passion for Jeanne since earliest childhood. In fact, she wrote her first song on the back of a rocking horse at age four. After coming to know Jesus Christ personally in her early thirties, her focus turned to using all the talents God bestowed on her for His glory alone.

Jeanne has published two albums of mostly original songs (Living with One Foot in Heaven and In the Arms of Perfect Love), a vocal tracks album for “Panis Angelicus” that includes original English lyrics, and a single called “One Small Voice for God.”

Jeanne’s speaking and singing venues have included Biola University, the NACCAP (North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals) National Conference, the National Church Library Association, as well as several writers conferences, homeschool conferences, churches, and bookstores. She has also sung at the Greater Philadelphia Christian Writers Conference, the Golden Scroll Awards, and at several churches, including one in France.
